Introducing the message

There are many exciting materials you can use to introduce Prem Rawat’s message.

Presentations to civic, community, educational, or other groups will vary widely, as will trade show presentations. Careful pre-planning and discussion about which materials are best suited to each group or occasion are important.

Here are some recommendations that may be helpful. For more personal assistance on material recommendations, contact Materials at our Help Desk, where a volunteer will be happy to assist you.

• From Words of Peace: There are many 27-30 minute introductory DVDs that could be used effectively for a short presentation. Some excellent choices would be Introducing Peace, A Content Heart, or You Hold the Power (available at www.wordsofpeace.com). Available now at a very low cost is The Message of Prem Rawat, a wonderful presentation, uniquely formatted into short segments and including Discovering More as part of the DVD menu.

For a booth or exhibit

Often at trade fairs, expos and festivals, a booth can accommodate a TV with or without headphones, playing an introductory DVD. You can also use a laptop, if there is no room for a TV, to play a DVD. There is also a powerpoint that can be used, with quotes and nature scenes. (see "From One Heart/What's Happening" for more details)

Sometimes a presentation with a DVD screening may be possible in a meeting room at the facility where the booth is being presented. There are many excellent audio-visual materials you can use to introduce Prem Rawat’s message. For examples and ideas, read "What's Happening" under this category or write our help desk.
Any of the above recommended videos/DVDs may be appropriate for showing at a booth or exhibit, but usually fairly short ones are best. Here are some starter ideas:

The Message of Prem Rawat is an excellent DVD for shows and booths as it is formatted in short segments and includes Discovering More on it's menu.
•There is a looping DVD, produced by a volunteer, with short excerpts that runs about 15 minutes, then starts over automatically. Some may find this useful for these types of events. To find out more, contact Materials at our Help Desk.
